A comprehensive technical support is available for studying and establishing PMS Database for various types of Ships for use with “SMMS” Software. Our on staff experienced Masters and Engineers are available for this service.

We specialise in converting the existing PMS Database from any Windows or DOS based MS Software presently installed on-board your Ships to “SMMS” Software. This way, the complete PMS Data along with all the past history logs and other maintenance details are transferred from the existing system to “SMMS” without any loss of information. The cost for this service will depend upon the type of existing Software and Data Volumes.

Experienced Instructors are available for training of “SMMS” Software on-board Ships/Offices and at other places. Boarding and lodging and travel expenses for the Instructor will be borne by the company ordering the services. Training and familiarization course provides in-depth knowledge of topics like Installation of the Software, all the important Software functionalities, Troubleshooting, Backup / Restore, Data Import / Export etc. The course normally requires 4 days for SMMS Ship Software and 5 days for SMMS Office Software.

The full training schedule is of 3 to 4 days and includes the daily Lunch for the candidate(s). A minimum number of 3 candidates are required for the Training course. Boarding, lodging and travel expenses have to be borne by the candidates themselves.

Other technical services like Networking of Computers on Ships and Installation of Software by our attending Software Engineer is also available. Boarding and lodging and travel expenses for the Software Engineer will be borne by the company ordering the service.
